🍲 Cook Up a Sultry Heels Routine in 4 Days — One Delicious Layer at a Time.
Free LIVE 4-Day Challenge:
June 24-27
No more going home from choreo class feeling like a spastic disaster.
This time, we build it together. Slowly. On Purpose. And it's gonna be 🔥
🍳 Ready to stop surviving choreo class and start owning it?
Not a blur of moves you can’t remember by the time you get to your car.
Not “just copy what I do and hope for the best.”
…I’m talking about a heels routine we build together over 4 days: layer by layer, so by the time the music hits, your body already knows exactly what to do.
EVEN IF YOU:
👉 Feel like a lost puppy the second someone throws more than 8 counts at you
👉 Leave every choreo class sweating, confused, and a little bit defeated
👉 Have convinced yourself you’re “just not a choreography person”
…we’re going to cook this thing up together one ingredient at a time, until you’ve got a full, finished, seasoned heels routine you’re actually proud of.

Because choreo doesn’t have to feel like being thrown into a kitchen and told to make a five-course meal in an hour.
Let’s start with the ingredients.
🧭 Why this challenge is different.
(And why most choreo classes leave you more confused than when you started.)
Most choreography classes throw the whole recipe at you at once — moves, styling, counts, cues, musicality, performance — all in one hour.
You try to get it into your body. You run it multiple times. You go home. You forget everything.
You think "What on earth was THAT!"
That’s not a you problem. That’s a method problem.
A routine built in layers = a routine your body actually learns.

Walk away with a sultry sequence in your muscle memory

Feel confident, not confused, after each session

Each day we layer on a new element and there's plenty of time to digest
You don’t need more moves thrown at you. You need the right method.
What you'll walk away with
A sultry heels routine set to music that you can perform or video
Real understanding of how to layer moves into a sequence that flows
Nuance and detail added after you've nailed the foundation — not crammed in from the start
An understanding of how to refine a piece by focusing on one layer at a time
A method you can use to cook up ANY routine going forward
The confidence that comes from actually finishing something
Meet your host
I've spent over two decades dancing, competing, choreographing, and teaching. Honestly? After years of teaching and traveling, of studio ownership and leading teacher trainings, I've watched how students leave a 1-hour choreo class feeling like they don't even know what hit them.
I also have choreographed countless routines for myself and others, and won the US National Pole Championship in 2013 with a routine built the exact way I'm teaching you in this challenge: one clear layer at a time, until the whole dish came together.
I've taught dancers in over 35 countries how to stop surviving choreo and start owning it, with intention, with style, and with enough confidence to actually enjoy performing.
This challenge exists because you deserve better than being buried in an hour of moves you can't remember. You deserve a method that works with your brain, not against it.
🍳 Plus: A Special Guest Each Day Stephanie Tallant from Pole with Steph will be joining us to lead a warm-up before we dive into each day's training. More good energy, more community, more reasons to show up live.
So let's get in the kitchen. 🍳
Real results
Here's what happens when you stop being buried in moves and start building layer by layer.
I realized I'd been doing a lot of what you call 'first draft performances.' They never felt finished, but I couldn't figure out why. This training gave me such a practical breakdown of the layers that were missing. I could see clearly: oh, I was skipping three layers of detail every time I choreographed. Now I finally understand how to build it up step by step, instead of just hoping it would all come together.
These were absolutely fantastic, far more instructive than I imagined and I love the way you move as a teacher and dancer. Thank you so much I am so glad I found you!
Without question it has been a huge confidence booster on many levels, mentally and physically. If you could feel how this has changed me you would jump off and in with all your heart and energy. It's magical. Sergia is a gift 🎁 She has the ability to connect with people on many levels. The teacher you always wanted has been found right here.
You are very good breaking the steps & techniques & movements down, and you move beautifully with natural expression which encourages me also to explore more in finding my own style. I feel I have learned a lot from you.
Nope. This choreography is meant to be attainable for all level pole dancers.
