A monthly group coaching membership where you stop practicing wrong and start actually progressing.
Here's something nobody tells you when you start pole dancing.
Not wrong as in "bad teachers." Wrong as in: teachers who grew up dancing assume you already know the foundational stuff. So they skip it. They throw choreography at you. They put you in a beginner class that turns out to be full of ex-child-dancers who pick things up in four minutes while you're standing there feeling like the only person in the room who is fundamentally broken.
You are not broken.
The move you've been stuck on for six months? Nine times out of ten, it's not even about that move. It's a foundational piece underneath it that nobody taught you. Find that piece, correct it, and the whole thing opens up.
I've seen it happen in ten minutes on a coaching call.
That is what this membership is built for.
Yes, I want thisYou've been going to class (or practicing at home), doing the thing, showing up consistently. But somewhere in the back of your head, there's a voice saying... this isn't quite working.
Drilling the same skills over and over and still not landing them.
Getting the moves, but not feeling like a dancer.
Watching videos online, comparing yourself to people who have been moving since they were five, and quietly wondering what is wrong with you.
Returning to pole after a break and feeling like you have to start from scratch.
Training alone, with no structure, no feedback, and no one to tell you what you're actually missing.
And here's the one that stings a little:
You can do the tricks. But when you dance, something still feels... off. Like all the pieces are there but they don't add up to what you see in your head.
That gap is real. And it has a name.
Join for $49/monthI don't mean that in a fuzzy, inspirational way. I mean it literally.
You could practice the exact same move for two more years and keep making the same mistake. Or you could show up to a coaching call, demonstrate what you're working on, and hear the one specific thing that was off the whole time.
"Oh. That's it. That's what I was missing."
I've had students call me the pole whisperer. I've been called the Mr. Miyagi of pole. I don't say that to brag. I say it because I've spent a lifetime learning how to see what's actually blocking someone. Not what they think is blocking them. What's actually going on.
And I can usually find it fast.
But here's the thing. Most of the time, by the time someone comes to me with their "advanced" problem, I can trace it straight back to a foundational movement they were taught incorrectly — or never taught at all.
People think they need harder moves. What they actually need is to go back and fix the one thing three steps ago that's been creating a ceiling ever since.
I'll show you what that thing is.
Join for $49/month"Wow! Let me just start by saying, this membership is definitely what I've been missing in my pole practice. Since the pandemic, I've been back and forth between virtual classes and trying to teach myself via YouTube, neither of which have been very satisfying... or successful. When I saw this, I thought 'Well, I've already got YouTube AND virtual classes… what more am I really going to get from this?' But I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did!!
If I could sum it up in a sentence, I would say that this membership allows me to go at my own pace (which I don't get from live classes) while maintaining the structure and consistency I need to improve (which I don't get from YouTube).
Sergia's passion for dance is infectious and her philosophy on pole really embraces the art and fitness of pole dancing. It's holistic, comprehensive and empowering. I haven't seen anything quite like it!
To end, I would say that this membership brought joy back into my practice. It no longer feels like a drag to have to 'train the hard stuff'. It just feels like playing and having a good time. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sergia's Pole Dance Foundations Membership a 10/10. Highly recommended!"

"Sergia's online pole membership meets you where you are. The user-friendly format is well organized and accessible but allows students to jump around enough based on their level of experience while still providing the foundation necessary to progress with safety in mind as your repertoire expands and skills develop. Being able to revisit the thorough but concise videos over and over to check and refresh is so helpful. Since I can spend as much time on a move as I choose I don't have to worry that I'm holding back everyone else in a class or moving too fast and ending up hurt! Sergia keeps it fun with journal assignments and personalized dance videos, you can tell she really cares about her students and is always available to answer questions. It really allows you to learn pole at your own pace and on your own timeline! I love it!"

The course follows four phases that take you from first touch to in-the-air technique. Move through them at your own pace. Revisit any section any time.
When you skip this part, you spend months solving problems that don't exist. Equipment, grip, conditioning prep, mindset — everything you should know before your body starts learning new things. This is the part most programs skip entirely.
These are the grounded fundamentals that stay with you for your entire pole career. When you have a solid base, you create confidence that compounds. When you don't, everything above it gets shaky.
Most people fight gravity when they spin. Once you understand the science of rotation around a fixed object, you stop muscling through things and start using what's already there. This is when people go: "Oh. That's why that was so hard."
Every skill you learn up here builds strength and body awareness that accidentally prepares you for the next five skills. Progress starts compounding. And it gets fun.
U.S. National Pole Champion. Founder of The Vertitude Pole Dance Studios. Movement educator. Choreography nerd. Devoted mom. Eternal beginner at heart.
Before I was any of those things, I was the too-much kid. Too loud. Too dramatic. Too wiggly for a world that didn't quite know what to do with me. Dance became the one place where being too much was just... enough.
I chased perfection like it was my religion. Ballet, contemporary, salsa, acting, musical theatre. I competed in the ESPN World Salsa Championships. I trained at Alvin Ailey. I worked professionally in theater, TV, and commercials in NYC. And I spent years learning what happens when a teacher who knows too much forgets what it's like to not know something.
That last one? That's what changed how I teach.
In 2011 I founded The Vertitude Pole Dance Studios — and what started in LA has grown into my home studio in Santa Rosa, CA, where I teach hundreds of students in person every week and train the next generation of pole teachers.
In 2013, I won the US National Pole Championship with my theatrical "Clown" routine. That performance went viral. But what it really did was remind me that pole is a vehicle, not a style. And you are the engine.
Since then I've taught thousands of students in over 35 countries, built Pole Dance Foundations and the Contemporary Pole Low Flow School, and spent years developing the kind of eyes that can find what's actually holding someone back.
I can usually find it fast.
That's what you get when you join.
"I love Sergia and the Pole Dance Foundation membership and portal. It is easy to follow and helps you breakdown many beginner pole tricks. I have truly seen what I never learned from the first time being taught something. I also like she adds all the flowy gestures with the basic moves to make you become a 'complete' dancer. It is also fun to meet polers from all around the world who, like me, enjoy the journey of learning this dance style."
