The Routine Map Session
One hour. One custom routine map. with your concept nailed down and every section planned…so when you get to the studio, you’re not guessing - You’re executing.
You have a vision and a passion, but you have no f****** idea where to start.
Here’s how it might show up for you:
You’ve picked your song, but every time you try to start, you freeze.
You waste studio time noodling around without a clear plan.
Your “routine” ends up looking like tricks strung together.
You second-guess your concept and wonder if it’s even strong enough.
You feel frustrated because you know you’re capable of more.
You wish someone could just hand you a clear outline so you could finally start.
You’re not bad at choreographing, you’ve just never been taught the process the pros use.
Imagine walking into the studio with a complete map of your routine: concept defined, music mapped, sections outlined.
Here’s what that looks like:
Every section of your song is mapped to movement, so you’re never guessing what comes next.
Your concept is locked in. You know the story you’re telling and the energy you’re channeling.
You leave with a clear, studio-ready outline that you can confidently fill with tricks, combos, and artistry.
And suddenly, it flows.
You know exactly what comes next.
You finally feel like a performer… not a student just “trying stuff.”
Introducing The Routine Map Session
Your custom, done-for-you outline — song mapped, concept refined.
The Routine Map Session includes everything you need to achieve clarity and direction in your choreography process:

✅ Emotional clarity — permission to take up space as an artist
✅ The confidence boost of knowing “I’m not winging this anymore.”
Here's How it Works:
Pre-Session Prep
You’ll share your chosen song and any initial ideas you have. Don’t worry if your ideas feel messy. I’ll bring clarity, not judgment.
1-Hour Private Session
We refine your concept together, then map the music into clear sections that create flow and story.
Routine Map Delivery
You’ll receive a full outline, section by section, so you know exactly what goes where.
Studio-Ready Confidence
You walk away with a complete routine skeleton + the tools to start filling it with your repertoire right away. You leave with a clear plan of exactly how to finish your routine.

🚨 Most pole dancers are doing what I call “first-draft” performances.
Do they have moves? Yes.
Does it flow? Kind of.
Is there a story? Not so much.
They look unfinished…because they ARE.
It’s not your fault. Learning how to create a routine is a skill that you must learn if you want to become a true performer.
This Routine Map Session is the next step.

You’re the perfect fit for The Routine Map Session if…
You’ve chosen your song but feel stuck at the starting line
You want to refine your concept so it feels strong and intentional
You’re ready to stop wasting studio time and start creating with confidence
You want to feel proud of what you create
I realized I’d been doing a lot of what you call ‘first draft performances.’ They never felt finished, but I couldn’t figure out why. This gave me such a practical breakdown of the layers that were missing. I could see clearly—oh, I was skipping three layers of detail every time I choreographed. Now I finally understand how to build it up step by step, instead of just hoping it would all come together.
“But I’m not ready yet…”
You don’t need to have a concept or choreography ready. That’s literally what this session is for — I’ll help you refine the idea and map the song into a routine you can start building.
“What if I need more help later?”
This session gives you a full, studio-ready outline.
If you want more feedback and polish down the road, and me to hop in as your official coach, choreographer, and creative director, the Pole Artist Mentorship is your next step — but this session stands on its own and gives you real results now.

#PoleMom (and Pole Grandma—I’ve taught teachers who now teach *their* own teachers 😭). Seriously, ask your teachers about their lineage, I might be in there!
I’ve taught thousands of dancers and toured to over 35 countries teaching pole dance, how to command a stage and master your quality of movement. I've created signature online programs like Pole Dance Foundations and Contemporary Low-Flow School, and I’m probably the reason someone you follow on IG knows how to rock their pole routines.
These sessions? They're not fluff. It’s pro-level routine creation—taught through the lens of a dancer who has a background in multiple disciplines and has spent a lifetime on stage!

Sergia helped me untangle the threads of ideas in my brain, and weave them into a magical tapestry of storytelling, emotion, laughter and hand puppets.
Her passion for her craft and ability to translate what's in your head into movement, is second to none!
She got the style I wanted to portray immediately and gave me the confidence to be MORE than I ever imagined.
Sergia + me + my errant swan = first place in the Amateur Div. of Pole Theatre UK (Comedy).
Thanks Sergia!
You are a true professional and a beautiful and hilarious woman, to boot!

Creating a routine is a special process, and it’s so important to have a choreographer that supports, understands, listens, encourages, and inspires.
Sergia did all of these things and so much more!
She not only cares about building a routine that best fits YOU, but she’s also there to answer questions and offer advice on costume, pole testing, performance day prep, etc.
She ensures you show up as your best self on the day of your routine.

FAQs
I'm not creative
Let me say this clearly:
Creativity is not a personality trait.
It’s a taught skill.
You are not uncreative.
You are untrained.
Every dancer who comes to me saying, “I’m not creative,” ends up surprising themselves — not because they suddenly “become creative,” but because they finally learn:
• how to generate ideas
• how to choose movement that feels like them
• how to build story and emotion into choreography
• how to express instead of imitate
Your creativity is already in you.
It’s just been waiting for structure, mentorship, and a safe place to come alive.
You don’t need to become a different person.
You just need someone to teach you the method.
Do I need to have a concept already?
Nope! I’ll help you refine or create one that feels cohesive and true to you.
What if I don’t have a song yet?
Pick one you’re excited about — that’s all you need. We’ll do the rest together. If it’s really a show-down between 2 songs, bring both, and I’ll help you choose!
Do I need to be advanced?
Not at all. If you have a repertoire of moves, you’re ready. This isn’t about new tricks — it’s about clarity and structure.
Will I get choreography from this?
Not full combos — but you’ll leave with the complete skeleton, so you know exactly where to plug in your repertoire.
What if I want more feedback after this session?
That’s where the Pole Artist Mentorship comes in — a 3-month container for polishing your full performance. But this session is a stand-alone powerhouse.
